Angry Help Pin-Pointing Electrical Issues

I tried starting my 7 the other day but got nothing but clicks out of the starter. I went through the fuses with my multi-meter nothing was blown. I replaced the starter, battery, battery cables, fuses, fusible links ,fuel filter and altenator. How can I use my multi-meter to check the rest of my electrical system? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Yea if the starter is spinning or get a bench test at auto parts store. Then you have more serious issue and need that seafoam ****.

It sat for about 10 months, it was built two years ago. On a side note are the main harness in the engine bay the same for 79-85 models? Or are SA22 harnesses different from fb harnesses?

Try turning the engine over by hand first, gently. Harnesses are not the same.
