Cool help with the airconditioner

I had a gslse and i sold it for one reason. I live in texas and the airconditioner couldnt cool the car off. It was plenty cold but lacked the volume of air comming from the vents. Im about to buy another one and my question is can i fabricate a bigger blower motor from a newer rex in it or a miata or some sort of mazda car? Has anyone had this problem before or was it just that car i owned? Thanks, Karson

Yes everything that could be tinted was....... once you drove the car a while it was fine. I just noticed taht 2nd and 3rd gens are alot more powerful as how hard the air blows out.

Even with the summers in VA, I never use my A/C.

Why?

Because when I turn the damn **** on, my idle drops about 500 RPM's. I've tried messing with the carb to find the motor that's supposed to UP the RPM's, but no luck. So I just don't use it.

I like the windows rolled down better anyway, even if it does produce more drag and downs my gas mileage, lol

Cool

I hear ya there i hated using mine cuz it took everybit of power away from it. But when im not racing around i like to be comfy since it gets around 105 on an afternoon here in july. I like taking the top out and all but my wife likes it comfy inside and i guess on a morning when we go ot church its inderstandable. If yall have any suggestions let um out! Im pretty desperate because if i cant find a solution, ill probably go for a second gen. Thanks, Karson
