Headlight question

I got a 80 RX 7 GS and a 1985 GSL .. Anyone notice that the headlights really kinda suck. I cant really see **** at nite. I see all these people with Honda Civics and such with headlight kits, do they make anything for an Rx. Like a mounting kit, with removable bulbs and lenses like most new cars use?

You can get a kit w/the lights being replaceable. There is someone that sells them on E-bay all the time.

Search for Rx-7 or the model number of the headlight 6032 i think. Can't remember right now.

Victoria British has a conversion kit to change the lights to the replaceable bulbs. I think they are around $85. You can't look at their catalog online, but there is a 800 # for questions. Let us know what you find out.

Go here. The page is out of date, but this guy is the BEST for lighting products. Just e-mail him, and let him know what you're after.

I have never had a problem with the lights on my car. Mind you they are not HID's or anything but I think they give me plenty of light. Maybe you need to have your lights aggusted.

I don't think the stock lights are bad, but I've always believed in the old saying "If it ain't broke, you ain't dinked with it enough"

Basically, I can do better than stock. Otherwise, why upgrade anything on your car at all?
