Headlight Pop with No Battery

I am looking to pop up the headlights on my 1983 Rx7 but I have already pulled the engine, trans, battery, and parts of the motor harness that go with the engine. So, i can't connect a battery and simply flip the internal switch anymore. But, obviously, if I connect 12v with the correct amperage to the headlight motors, they should just pop up. I was looking at the wiring diagram, but it's honestly pretty confusing. Does anyone know of a simple way I can connect 12v across two wires and just actuate the motors manually?

Remove the rubber cover from on top the head light motor. There is a little dial that you turn to crank them up/down.
