SE flooding has 2 main causes. Common one is shutting the engine off before it's fully warmed up. Odd thing is I do this with my 2nd gen and it has never flooded. Other and most likely reason is leaking injectors. Send them out for cleaning and testing. None of the above maintinance will prevent flooding unless your ignition system is weak, i.e., plugs, wires, cap and rotor button.

yeah the injectors supposedly drip a little bit after you turn off the car i have never had that problem some do there are kits you can buy to fix it. but i suggest that if this is a common problem with your SE is try putting a switch from the plug in part of the fuel pump when you get out of the car cut off the switch when you start it run the engine with the switch off till it starts to kick over a bit then cut the switch on so your fuel will run then you wont have to worry about it flooding that much you might have a leaking fuel rail or injectors though try buying new or reconditioned ones like i did

Jose,
The 1st thing I'm going to do is change the title of your thread to reflect the information that you are looking for.:-)

Heres a link that will help you with the basic question.
https://www.rx7club.com/1st-gen-archive-71/other-what-look-when-buying-just-after-you-purchased-your-rx-7-a-601804/

The flooding issue is a common one for the Se.
I'm not going to keep supplying the same info over and over. You can find all of this information by using the search function with the key words. Se flooding, or
flooding.
