WV Got a 85 GSL has a half throttle problem

First a couple of pics.

The car has 147k on it just rebuilt the carb and did a full tune up with fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, button and super stock accel coils. It has a small oil leak coming from the oil cooler, the only other problem is a stuttering when I am at half throttle, and the car runs out of power after 5500rpm. The car pulls pretty strong(could be better) off of idle if I mash the gas but like i said runs out of power at 5500rpm, but if I am cruising it spits and sputters. The car is also using a ton of fuel. I cant find any leaks or smell any raw fuel.

With the correct timing set and idle set, and at operating temps it pulls 19-20ft of vac at idle. Is this normal or two low. Any help would be helpful so thanks in advance.

It just stops pulling, almost like the rev limiter was set at 5500rpm

The problem turned out to be a bad fuel pump that died on my way to shepherds WV which is about a 6 hour drive from where i live. Thank god for minio 40$ pumps.
