I'm impressed, that's nice work, getting no rattles and pissing off the neighbors, Priceless.

When I poured my driveway a few years ago, I changed the grade and dropped the final height at the sidewalk. I still need to tear out the sidewalk and apron and adjust both of those for height, as long as the city doesn't catch me. I need to drop the sidewalk 1-1/2" and it's supposed to be a level grade.

As far as a pre-silencer/mid-muffler, mine is a Magnaflow. If you want to quiet your's down, go with the Borla.

Suspension Techniques, front and back. The rear one is adjustable.

Looks good, how close to the steering sector is it? Did the pics help? Your welding is much better looking than mine.

Its really not that hard to make an exhaust. All you really need is an angle grinder with cutting wheels, a MIG welder and some time. Don't rush it otherwise it won't turn out the way you want. Also, only tack each piece together untill you have the whole system the way you want it.

As far as types of welders, a TIG welder is the most ideal to use on a job like this, but a regular MIG is great as well. I've really never used a stick welder so i can't say how well that would work on something like this but I've heard its way to easy to burn through metal this thin with a stick welder. The easiest to use is the MIG welder with separate gas, not the flux core wire. Flux core tends to be a little messy and is expensive.

Flux core is a pita, hate it, don't have the spare funds for a bottle atm. You are correct, stick burns though easily, so does the flux core. I would love to have a tig, never used one though.
