Cool In The Future, This Will Be My Car

Well, I played around in photoshop and made a picture of my car. This is the look Im shooting for, plus a body kit. Unfortunatly, I cant find white Kosies anywhere anymore .

Damn that's nice.

Mine will be heading in a similar direction, except I'll have a green pearl thrown in the white and the car will roll on 17" gold centered Simmons (like AJC13B has).

Here is a bad photochop job I did ages ago.

Ok guys, try not to laugh too hard, but here is another attempt at phtoshopping the body kit I want on. I couldnt get the angle right for the air dam because the pictures were taken at totaly differnt angles, and the air dam was off a yellow car, so color was a problem, then the side skirts, spoiler, and rear bumper were on a blue car, so I had to try and make those white too. Anyway, its not that great (not bad for my VERY first try though), but here it is...

I got an illegal tint ticket when I was 16 for having my whole windshield tinted like that. I had 35% on the whole thing and a 5% strip up top. Then 20% on the front side windows and 5% on the rest.

Yeah, I dont know what our tint laws are here. I just know I wanna push it to the edge of the envelope without going over, and also still able to see when backing up and what not.

it all depends where you live.

RMD... wouldnt it have been easier to photoshop the details you want onto a picture of a car that already had a body kit, rather than pshoping the kit onto your own car?

the white kosi's look kinda off with the paint color of the car,

if you could get them pearl coated it would give them that slightly yellow hue and they would fade red to green to purple when the light on different angles hits them, and they would still be white.

No offense, but all that white makes it look like a larvae.

Im pretty sure they dont make the white or anchrite ones with the correct offset for our cars anymore. I tried to pull some teeth from tirerack.com. But this was all i got.

"Hello Shawn,

Thank you very much for the inquiry. At one time the Kosei's were
available in anthracite but now I would only have silver painted for you
at this time for $ 149 each. Please feel free to contact me.

Best Regards,

George 800 428 8355 e280
"

Looks like if you want white ones you have 3 options:

Buy the Silver ones. Sandblastem. Get the powder coated white.

Find some used white ones.

Try and special order them from japan. They might still have them over seas.

Oh yeah. Check out www.yahoo.co.jp and go to auctions. Search for "sa22c" And you will find TONS! of stuff for our cars. you can translate it with babelfish. Seems like yahoo auctions is way bigger over there.
