full time running lights.

i just successfully wired some foglights into teh positive powerlead to the leading coil as a power source, i have had no performance losses or voltage drops, just giving you all an idea to have fulltime running lights (when the ignition is switched on)

If you're going to do it like that, you should really use the coil power as a remote signal for a headlight relay. The lights will get better power and also won't put a drain on the coil system. A 20-30 amp relay should only be a couple bucks from any electronics store

And a switch. No need for full time on... unless that's what you want.

I think it is what he wanted...

I like that fact that I can turn off all my lights personally...

Makes it easier to lose the cops on the back roads at night when avoiding a ticket...

I'm a bad, bad man...

Fulltime Foglights? I'd love to see how it looks at night.

Anyone know where to get yellowish headlights/fogs, seen a 968 with them and it was sweet, sorry for the jack.

would those count as daytime running head lights?

cuz then you would get lower insurance rates. atleast here in tx you do

yep sure do have an inline fuse, and the lights are individually grounded to the chassis. and my intention was to have daytime running "headlights" i love em. ive got some pics of just the foglights, foggies and amber running lights, and all lights on, all pics at night, ill post em later..

I sure hope you are running a relay, that way the strain on the ignition system would be minimal
