Fuel Lid Area Part Identification

Trying to find the part number/replacement for the rubber bumpers that sit inside the fuel tank door of my '84 GSL. I have looked at the parts diagram but didn't see anything about the fuel door or the parts behind it. Anybody know of a suitable repalcement?

Stu & Dave, thank you both for the information. Stu, where did you find the diagram? I looked through my parts diagrams and didn't see anything that included an expanded view of the fuel door area.

I now have a small supply of these Filler Lid Stoppers for anyone looking for stock parts. It took me a while to get them from Australia because I crashed my bicycle at high speed at the end of August and won an all expense paid 17 day stay in the hospital complete with a new titanium left shoulder. So it was quite a while before I could reply to the response I received to the message I sent before the crash.

Larry

PS: Bicycle helmets save lives... mine did.

Glad to hear that you're ok Larry and I do agree that helmets save lives. Hope your recovery is going well and I'm very sorry to hear what happened.

ooop. Nice find j9! Sorry I sent iowa-hawk 1/2 way round the planet ;P
The Auzzie Lads have some nice old parts collections, but they are pricey. Will drop by a Mazda dealer and see about a set...

any dealership can get them for $2.35 each. if you're online, most places don't catalog that far back, so they won't list it
