the lights i got come with a toggle switch and wiring kit, i would just rather have it wired running off the amber driving lights for simplicity, i hate running wires through the whole car. I just wanted to know if it is possible without any problems. Thanks for the input, its greatly appreciated!!

i wouldnt run them straight off the same power wires. it will pull to many amps.. if u want to make em come on with ur parkers without installing a switch inside the car, just run a relay thru the parker waire and to the fog lights.. its the best way

As already stated. Unless you want a fire and electrical meltdown. Use a Relay.
Wire power directly from the battery to the input side of the relay (with an inline fuse)
Wire the foglights directly to the output side on the relay.
Wire in the Relay Trigger from the amber parking lights.
(By the way, I would use a switch rather than the parking lights as a trigger, but I love switches and gadgets)

I agree with DF, that you need the relay. Fog lights tend to not be low power devices, and when placed in the same circuit as the rest of the lights, you'll either be extinguishing fires, constantly burning and replacing fuses and connectors, or a combination of both.
I would rather have it on a switch, then with the rest of the lights, but only because I know there are times when more light is not needed or wanted.
