Flooding problem

I have a 70's 13B 4 port with a big streetport. Car starts fine but after driving hard for 20-30 min and shut it off the car will not start. I have to let it sit for 20-30 min before it will start again. What is going on? Holley fuel pump and regulator. I need some advise or things to try to fix it. Running 63 primary and 60 secondary jets with fuel pressure set at 4 1/2 psi.

Thanks, Gonzz

Check compression while it's hot.

I would also look if the fuel is heating up too much.It might seem like its flooding, but the fuel is boiling
Do you have a heatshield underneath the carb ?

Went to a sheetmetal shop today and they cut and bent some metal for me for free. Will install the heatshield tonight. Also pulled my plugs and no fuel on them. running to lean?? Will hook up a wideband this weekend and see what air/fuel ratio is at..
