Flooding?
Im starting to have some problems with flooding on start up since its warmed up. During the winter, I just pulled the choke and started the car up. Now, I do the same thing but at least every couple of weeks, I will flood it out. I guess thats what is happening??? In order to start it, all I have to do is pour a little gas in the carb and it starts up.
Should I stop using the choke to start the car this summer? I thought I read here that the 12a is designed to start up with the choke??? Am I doing something wrong?

Yep, if you have to add gas to get a start, it's not flooding, it's fuel-starved. Most likely cause is a plugged fuel filter, but there are a few other things that can cause the same symptoms.
Pulling the choke riches the mixture for start-up - - same thing adding gas does.
Checking the sight glasses on the carburetor bowls will tell you visually if you're getting adequate fuel to the carb.
