First drive

I took the rx7 out for a quick drive and it was fun. I need to adjust the clutch stop because it's stopping it to soon and gave me some issues taking off. I did stall more times than I care to admit and also spun the tires a bit. My speedometer tried to work but none of the other gauges.

it did especially after haven'tdrove a stick in 20 years and all i did was learn to drive one never owned one. It's definitely slow compared to my old e36 m3 and my e60 535i but those are both auto. It was idling high so I adjusted it by sound.

Glad to hear that you were able to get the car out and drive it. In its day the car was reasonably quick. By today's standards, not so much. But the car is a joy, even if it doesn't have a lot of straight line speed.

thanks. the lack of power isn't a big problem for me. If I want power ill tune my 535i but having a stick is so much better than an auto. Next I get to teach my daughter to drive it.
