Fiberglass FB Bits...

I am starting to make myself some fiberglass bits before I paint my GSL-SE.. I am making myself another FG hood, it will probably be a stock replica and will be attached with hood pins, instead of latches (I had trouble lining everything up and keeping the latch fom cracking last time....)

I am going to make a NEW header pannel with a few subtle "gills" on the passenger side to aid with my Cold air intake. It will look virtually stock but with a "stillen" 300zx look.

I am going to install one of my few remaining "dual pod" half pop up headlight kits, they have 2 80mm round lights each and FG buckets. My front spoiler is a WW piece with the Fog light holes cut out for brake duct. My rear spoiler is a ISMA GTU 3 peice.

The only thing I am unsure about is a set of fender flares, I really like the look and am thinking of making a set for "mr.hankey"...

Anyways I thought I would share my latest body mod plans, and I will post up some pics when I get done.

I did sell a few bits about a year ago. It is very time consuming though so I don't want to make large amounts, usually when I make one I will make a few and then that'll be the end for a while I will sell the 3-4 extra and be done with it. That keeps it under control. I will probably make the header pannels (4-5 of them) the flares will be a direct add on so probably only 1 set of those... The hoods are a pain to ship, so I will probaly only sell the header pannels to forum members, they ship easy. I think the last set I sold were on average $20 to ship..

I'd absolutly adore FG front fenders. I used to know a place a year or two ago that sold them, but never got around to buying a set and now I can't find them again.

I am currently in the process of unpacking but I will find them take a picture and post it up. (moving into my house finally).

I built mine for $120, lights were $80 shipped, I bought a set of swing arm fulcrums to modify, and then the FG and resin...

I built 3 sets, sold one on ebay, still have the other two.

One of them is going on the SE, I may sell the other...

Have you ever thought about just making some A-RF replica over fenders? I've always been looking at getting some over fenders instead of whole fender replacements.
