That airdam is a Kamei that is now sold through VB for about $200, IIRC. It is made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) and can be cut pretty easily (see my driving light holes which I cut myself).

The airdam does require some fabrication at the inlet to keep it from 'flapping' at high speeds, however, so you may want to factor that in if you're not too handy. HTH,
