FC Subframe Power Steering – how to use FB PS pump?

I'm wrapping up the FC subframe swap in my FB and I'm trying to get power steering working. I have a 2 port rack. As I understand it, the high pressure fluid will go into the rack at the lower port, then out the rack from the upper port and into the cooling loop, which then returns to the pump reservoir. I have the cooling loop and PS pump from my FB GSL-SE. Has anyone hooked these parts up before, successfully? Any tips on creating lines that will fit between the rack and the FB parts? Unfortunately it seems the FB hoses don't fit directly.
