Anyone ever tried taking your FB in a really sandy trail... I did

I tried pealling out in reverse and the tranny shook so hard that I thought my drive shaft broke... good thing i eased up just in time...

 

That must have been fun.

 

Um ok. I guess that's cool that you almost fucked your tranny???

 

Ive taken a few off road. It is DEFINATLY fun. Im gonna build a rally 7 someday...

Get some lower links from Cascade Autosport then. The stock one will bend easily...

I took mine down a sandy trail a few times, these cars love drifting in sand.

Hehe. The other day out here I was showing my car off to my girlfriend's brother who came to visit us. Almost every road out here is like the Laguna Seca race track....so we had out fun on them.

We took another road out, just driving and looking for cars to play with.....and we saw this huge sandy area off to the side......so we pulled in there....and started just spinning and being dumb.....making huge dust clouds (I guess it wasnt really sand)....

It was hilarious...til I stopped...and pulled onto the street, and seen how dirty my car was now......as I was remembering that I just finished detailing it a few hours earlier.

D'oh!

 

I know you're joking, but...You get your cars dirty? WHY? I wash my car at least once a week. I hate any dirt at all to be on it. And what's weird is that I'm not even a clean freak normally. When it comes to my car, however...

 

Wait a minute, what am I saying? Of course it's gotta be fun, I gotta try that!

 

the fb is so low on the ground you can feel every mound and it handles great...

 

Doesn't it hit bottom? I know I have a couple times just going up my gravel driveway...

 

... every mound, smashing relentlessly against the RX's underbelling, creating a mirror image of its likeness in your floorpan...
