Extream Flooding
I bought a "project car" a little while back. I have just completed a engine swap on it. And had it running just fine. Well it sat over night and when I got to it today, the engine wouldn't start so I poped the top on my air cleaner and found that my secondary venturies were full of gas. So I checked, every time I had the key on I could watch the gas flow into the secondaries. The thing about this car is the stock wiring for the fuel pump was cut into by a previous owner, I am not sure if that is part of my problem or if my floats are just stuck really really bad, or my needles don't seat well anymore. Any suggestions on what to do?
In the stickies at the top of this forum is one tittled FAQs, it has a great carb section. Read through that, if it doesn't have an answer to your problem, post back here.
