id go to the for sale/want to buy section. post up a WTB thread stating that you want a RB streetable header. theres already a presilencer for sale in there for $65. which is a steal. buy that. then go buy yourself your choice of muffler. you have a few options:

borla
RB
dynomax
magnaflow

tehn you have have an exhaust shop either weld up all up into one piece, or you can buy gaskets and flanges from RB and make it into sections.

what is your budget?

i can do all types of welding and i can bring my car to my uncles shop.
my buget i dont really have one i bought this car to keep for life, the way i look at it if i have to own a car and pay for it to get fixed now and then it better be a car i like.
iam not looking to make this car insanely fast. i have a 1984 rs turbo capri for that.
probly in a year or 2 i mite put a 13b in the car mite not.

if i got this right all i need is

header
presilencer
muffler
gaskets
pluse a section of tube from the presliencer to muffler.

If you have access to a shop and can weld then I would fabricate most of it. The presilencers are over rated. All you need is:

RB header
Choice of muffler (Magnaflow is good)
SS pipe and Ubends
Universal Hangers
Universal Flanges and Gaskets for center section.

You can get the pipe from www.summitracing.com. If you are staying NA then I would recommend 2.5" pipe. The super over-priced full systems are for people that don't have the resources or the experience to make it themselves.

Good luck.

id get the presilencer.

my set up is a RB header- RB presilencer- magnaflow muffler- borla xr-1

if i were you, id go with this:

RB muffler- RB presilencer-borla pro xs muffler- borla pro xs muffler/ OR mazdaspeed protege muffler

that system would sound VERY nice and be very streetable. id keep the pipe sizing at 2" if you can. i have 2.5 and low range torque suffers and 2.5 doesnt really gain over 2" any.

i have RB header to RB resonator to stock midsection to Power pulse muffler. i love it. although i wanna goto a larger midsection pipe even though they(RB) claims it as no power gain to do so.
