engine swap question!

ok... i have a stock 79. I'm new to the rotay world. Let's say I want to put a fuel inj 20b in it... what must i do to accomplish this task? any info on this subject would be most appreciated, thank you

P.S. I'm an auto technician (soon to be certified) looking for a performance shop to work in...im tired of slaving for R&S Strauss

Lots of money and lots of fabrication skills if you're going the 20b route. Motor and trans mounts are gonna be all custom, lots of wiring and plumbing issues too. If you're just starting out you might wanna try something simpler than a 20b. Good luck though, oh and nice to see someone else from Jersey on here.

Use the search to locate 20b swap posts.. There are meny of them on here.. I don't know of anyone posting a "how to" though.. Good luck.

many 20b swaps wtf? I've been on here for years and I don't think I've ever actually seen anyone go through with it. Lots of people come on and ask about it, but don't do it. Sure its been done, but not common at all....

It is not as common in an FB as in an FD but has been done and there are many of them. There is an entire forum devoted to 20B, perhaps you should ask and search in there.
