You're putting an OBD engine into a carbureted chassis, you have to more or less create an all new engine management system (stock FD or aftermarket) and thoroughly rework the fuel system. It's a lot of work, but also a lot of money. I had a 13B-RE I picked up for a song, but it was going to cost several grand to get it running (just in parts, I do my own work) and the car's not worth $500.
Getting the engine mounted in the chassis is the easy part. Making run is where the fun begins.
