Are you saying that you turn the key on and there are no warning lights that are supposed to come on? Or are you stating that the radio will not come on or what?
There are fusable links in the engine bay near the battery that need to be checked.

turn the key and nothing. no fuel pump, no lights, its as if theres no battery hooked up at all.
as for ripping out mods, i went back to stock to break in the rebuild.
ill check those fusable links first
im just trying to find this problem quick so i can start driving it before snow. idk if i can go over a year without driving my 7
thanks guys

If you have headlights and nothing else than it's the ignition switch.
(Assuming you've checked the three fusible links at the left shock tower near the battery.)
If you have no power anywhere, than it's the battery or it's connections.

Could mean that you have a completely discharged battery and there was just enough juice to open them then that's it.
And you still could have a blown fusable link on top of that.
Either hook up a jumper to the battery or remove it and put in another known good battery if you have one. Also make sure you clean the posts and the cables too in case of corrosion build up between the posts and the cables.

OK Heres a thought!
If you can get the lights to go up but slowly I'm thinking you don't have enough juice in the Battery to Start the Car ie Ignition Drain.
Check your Battery for 12 to 13 volts (with no load).
If thats OK then I go with the above suggestions on the Main Fusuble Link.
