its off like a early 90's taurus. I had to cut about a CM off the shroud to make it sit flat up against the radiator and clear the pulleys as well. but it works great. I have it wired so that it turns on when the key is in the "on" position.

*looks up astute in the dictionary*

"Having or showing shrewdness and discernment, especially with respect to one's own concerns"

A lot of people call my car rice. I dont really care, but its hard to tell when they are making fun of me or if they really do like my car. Especially online.

Note the crown molding used with the battery tie down. This is essential for this mod to work.

Consult your local hardware/wood store for the propper cut angle/finish for your crown molding

WOAH DUDE! NO WAY! YOUR GAS GUAGE LEAKS ON YOUR DRIVEWAY? WOW! YOU MUST FEEL PROUD...

WHY ARE WE YELLING AGAIN!?

CAPS LOCK - IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO THE "A" KEY ON YOUR KEYBOARD... HIT IT ONCE, AND ALL YOUR LETTERS WILL BE LOWERCASE UNLESS YOU HOLD "SHIFT" AT THE SAME TIME... THAT WAY YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL ALL THE TIME!

BUT TOTALLY TUBULAR DUDE!

I have an '89 Taurus fan for my rotary Midget project but it's too big for it. Nice to see you got yours in well. I guess I know what I can use mine on now.

iotus - nice job w/ the fan. I've got one from an '89 Taurus SHO that looks about the same... a little more expensive though, it cost me $14!

I would agree that it's a good idea to put a thermostatic switch inline with it so it's not running all the time... mine cost about $25 from a Summit catalog.

my $0.02

I'm going with the same fan for my car, off an early 90's SHO!

Did you run it as a 2 speed, or just wire the sucker in? I think even the low speed should be fine to cool my ride...
