Door Seals

I'm about to buy all new seals for the doors of my sa22. Is there a difference between the usual suspects. Black Dragon is much cheaper. Are they still OK?

Thanks for the input. Herb

I bought some back when Black dragon was VB, and I am very happy with them!

They fit perfect, and are holding up great!

I bought mine on ebay about 8 years ago, the fit very well and have held up nicely, even been able to move them from one car to another over the years. I didn't rubber cement them in, like it says in the instructions, they hold fine without the glue.

I think it was 1-A Auto, which still sells them on ebay. They were about half the expense of the dealer, mazdatrix or black dragon.

Here's a few I found under the search RX-7 door seal

i have both the oem seals and the BD seals. the oem ones are FAR nicer and seal perfectly. they are excellent quality and i have no doubt about their durability.

I've had Black Dragon, A1 and OEM from Mazdatrix. OEM is worth the extra money to me. Like Dave said. Lasts longer, fits better.

I had the black dragon seals and they work but you really have to slam the door.
