Question Door Seal Help

I need to replace my door seals on FB I was wondering if I should go ahead and oder them from VB or off of ebay they got a pair of aftermarket seals for 55 bucks plus shipping and VB is 40 a piece plus shipping. Price aint the thing I'm worried about. I just want them to work and do the job and not have toreplace them for a while.

Ebay! They fit perfect. The fasteners lined up like they should and at the top it fit right into the channel. I ordered a set for both my Sevens. The first set I put on, the doors were hard to close, you really had to slam them. I was just about to adjust the striker and then decided to see if the seals would settle. It took a few weeks but everything is peachy.

i got cheap went to home-depot and spent $12 on stick-on weatherstripping, works perfect, about 10 minutes with an exacto knife and it was good as new. although when i do have the cash to finish the full refinishing of the car then i will go with actual weatherstripping. Mazda Trix has every weatherstripping part you can think of.

No prob. I got them ordered I'll tell ya how they fit for me when I get them installed. I am always wondering about stuff like that on ebay. Glad someone else thinks the same way I do. Glad there is this forum to ask about it too.

Here's a confirmation on the ebay ones, I bought some about a year ago and they were easy to install, fit perfectly and made a big difference in wind and rain leakage. When I switched to a different GSL a few months ago, I transferred them from the first to the second and they still work in good shape, all the clips were fine. Just one suggestion, I wouldn't use the contact cement that they suggest, it's not really needed and it makes taking them back off a bit more difficult. The original seals were not glued in.

Nice thanks I was wondering about glue VB was saying something about that stuff. I was well what if they dont fit or get a rip its going to be a pain in the rear to remove that stuff.
Awesome god I love it when I get feedback super quick!

For what it's worth - I'll second or triple the Ebay seals. AA1 or something like that is who I purchased mine from through Ebay. Perfect fit. I'm very please with them...
