No problems here... been up to 115, not recently of course. Front end tends to drift.

Coming home the other day I did it for the first time. It was easy as hell and would have kept going, but I'm too chicken ****.

Be careful

My GSL-SE poped a apex seal when I was coming down from 122 mph.

My dad and I got up to 142 before we had to turn around and pick up the piece of window trim that flew off....

It's quite scary because at 100 everything starts shaking and stuff is flying off the car. Really a crazy experience. I doubt that I will ever go much past 100 because I find it kind of embarassing that I have to go and pick stuff up off the side of the road.

Well, I haven't been over 50MPH in my 7 yet, but the fastest I have gone is 120 mph. It was in an almost new Intrepid. Hit the speed limiter. The car was solid as a rock too. Felt like 75 mph.

iv been 135 in a 04 wrx....felt like we were going slow enough to just hop out and walk faster.....then he took a turn at 120....that was scary...stayed on the road..and even in our lane...gota love that AWD

but in my 7 the fastest iv had ***** to go was 90...that and because in 4th and 5th when i hit about 4000 rpm i start boging....not fuel filter....but idk..im eager to hit 100 tho

My car runs out of fuel at 140mph, but should theoretically go 165 before running out of gear. I'll let you know when I replace the carb and get a stronger fuel pump.

80-90 is actually the flow of traffic on some parts of the turnpike out here...and its that for an extended distance...so i know my car can do 100...i just don't cuz it's a big *** ticket

Been to 60 in the seven but that was the only time I legally had it on the road, and it was scary. Been 135+ in both the WRX and 951. The Subaru starts getting light feeling at about 120. The Porsche feels tighter and smoother the faster you go. I am a speed junkie.

I drive over 100mph rather often (every time I go to Germany) and the car feels pretty tight. Max. speed so far has been 225kmh, about 140mph. It's still stable but a bit loud, and with the 225tires in front, I feel every little bump in the steering at that speed. I expect to take her for a ride soon again, when my TII swap is completed.
With an FD I went even a bit faster, but that's no big job.

115 in my '79. Now it needs a front end alignment and starts vibrating above 80... really want to see what the new top speed is with better engine than previous record.
120 in my '70 Cutlass - steering got reeeeeeally light as the front end start floating at that speed. Will be fixed with a lowering and decent performance shocks.
104 in my wife's Astro van. Incredible stable and solid at that speed - feels like 60. Can't go any faster 'cuz that's the fuel cut limiter. Scared the hell out of me first time I hit it - it just dies until it's back under 100 or so.

Cruised 125, touched 155, from in KC to Topeka - in my LS1 Trans Am - had on/off point duties with a Camaro SS. One of the best cruises of my life...

Funny how, after traveling 125 for a long distance, you can get real comfortable with it.... Then 70 seems like a crawl...

My -SE hits 100 real fast, but it feels like it don't like to go that high,, the gearing for one, but the GS can go all day long.

120 in the '82 I wrecked about 2 years ago (but not at that speed) and 140 (according to the speedo) in my STOCK '92 Nissan Sentra SE-R (and if you know about the stock SE-R's, you know I'm tellin' the truth!)

in my rusty 79 rx7 i hit 130 going up hill till we flew over the top and hit down so hard the seat fell through the floor. but my 83 gsl only tops out at 115. i think it is a pathetic speed. i want it to go faster.
now my 81 z28 camaro on the other hand i have had it between 155 and 160. felt like the front end was going to lift off the ground. its a 383 stroker with all edlebrock under the hood. lots of mods.
