Do I have a points or Elec. distributor

I have a 79, but lots of things were done by the orginal owner and I am still trying to figure them all out. I tried searching for pics of points distributors but couldnt find any, all distributors pictured looks like mine does, so I am hoping mine is electronic which would save me a huge step in converting to direct fire. Anyways here are pics of mine...

Its electronic.
Remove the cap and look for your self, if its a points ignition, which it ain't, you will see one of these *******.

uh oh, conflicting answers. I took the cap off and there was a metal bell shaped deal covering the internals.

Thats what I was using to assume it was electronic, but I want to make sure before I commit myself to buting parts for it.

don't be afraid to take things apart man. all you had to do was look under the dist. cap. Great job to the guys who helped him out. No stupid, search for it responses, very helpful and informative it looked like to me. Need more of that around here.
