looking good matey

mine still has no tubs/tin

looking at running some pre fabbed tubs, only problem is the gen one rails are not striaght, might mount them so they cover the whole rail and it will just overlap the rail at the back about 1.5"

not really a big drama

id belive it to that to install a rear clip to be cheaper. i was disalusioned to haha

Only issue with using the cell is for you to use the stock filler it would have to be lower than the filler. which means more of a thin tank if your going to stick it in the tank, there is the possibility of just forgetting the original location and you could put it next to the rear window on top where the window goes in. That would look pretty awesome. Which wouldn't be so hard for a person with you skill.

I want to tub my car as well, only issue is I don't want to spend a whole lot on a new rear axle.

My rear ended up being about 44 inches from housing end to housing end and i can run a 10.5 tire with more than enough clearence to the frame rails. The four link on my car is 20inches wide and the shock mounts are about an inch or so to each side of that. You gonna go with that diesel *** tire or you gonna run like a 10 or 10.5? If so what are you gonna get for a tranny doug nash, g force, supra maybe.....

This car will see mostly street use so that's why I'm running the 325 drag radials. Since my 325's have a much larger foot print that the 10.5, I'll will have plenty of room for the 10.5's and even the 10.5W's if I want to ever use them. My 325's are 13.1 inches wide from sidewall to sidewall.

I think it's safe to say that these 325's are the widest tire you can run on a stock untouched frame.

Right now, I'll drive it around with the TII Transmission but I have a C4 waiting to go in at some point.

Exactly, my wife uses the other side of the garage to park her CX-7. That tennis ball keeps her from crashing into my work bench.

I'll be running 15X10 wheels on the rear of the widebody. Tell me more about your tires. They have 245/50's now, eventually want to go wider.
