That's not flooding. If you open the throttle too fast with mechanical secondaries it will run lean and stumble because the air's not moving fast enough through the secondaries to create a vacuum signal and draw fuel from the float bowl.
Yeah, mech secs was the first thing I thought of when you described the problem too... Is there a chance that the previous owner converted to them? You should check it out.

Yeah I think it's the acc pump. The engine recently had a Mikuni 2 bbl carb but he replaced it with the stock one and I think he forgot to adjust the acc pump. Does anyone know where the pump is and how to adjust it?. Thanks by the way for the help dudes.

The accelerator pump is located on the driver's side of the carb, on the right (rear) side of it. It's a small square cast part of the main housing and has a cover screwed on it. There is a vertical portion of the AP lever that protrudes from the slot in the AP housing cover. Adjust the nut on the rod at the low end of the lever so that the edge of this protruding vertical portion of the lever is parallel with the edges of the slot. This is a great starting point. Rotating the nut clockwise gives a bigger shot, and vise versa.
Make adjustments in 1/4 turns and hone in by making 1/8 turns. Keep in mind that too rich a shot will mimic too light a shot.

ok it's round right and it has a tip that touches the throttle. then if you turn it clockwise or counterclockwise it gets loose then tighter??. MAN!, i checked the spark plugs, i think this **** had 4 differenct spark plugs, they all had differenct gaps and they were champion???!!! I WAS OUTRAGED!!!

K, this is what it probably is because the same thing happened with mine. CHECK THE TIMING! Make sure that there's vacuum lines hooked up to the vacuum advance. With most modified carbs there isn't. The timing' s probably off, if it's retarded and you floor it it will die, but gradually accelerate and it will be fine. If it's not advancing correctly that will happen also.
