did I get my moneys worth?

I just picked up this intake(racing beat) and this carb 48mm weber. then the kid tells me I can have the extra 48mm for nuthin. both webers, nice kid.

Too bad I had robert boost prep my dcoe 45mm already. I might be sellin a dcoe45 setup soon complete with intake.

watcha think?

Purty. Now, don't forget the stickers and vinyl to give it that extra boost of power. *L* j/k It looks good, nice and clean. Are you thinking of adding some extra style to where the air filters are?

sorry the puter crashed again. I bought em all for $200, both carbs, air cleaners and RB intake. The air cleaners are highflow style with big springs inside so they don't collapse.

I will be selling a 45dcoe with wrap around intake soon.

fawk yea you did the intake manifold alone would go for 200. the carbs are worth about 300 each. I paid 700 for mine back durring the strike. they're a lot cheaper now. I want an IDA!!!

I would like to do a IDA also. I had dual IDA's on my old street bug and man was the power on-off. The sound alone made most people not wanna run aginst me. I was doing alot of street driving so I put my dual IDF's back on. the IDF's were definatly alot more streetable and better on gas, but the power of the IDA's could not be beat at all.

thanks for the comments. robet will be sending back the 45dcoe soon, then I will have it up for sale. I might keep the extra 48dcoe for parts.

robert has been helping alot and I appreciate his advice and his time, thanks again robert.
