dellorto turbo?
how hard is it to tunr the carb properly if you turbo it?
does it run like **** if the wheter changes?
does the plenum have to cover the whole carburator, or just the air horns?

the plenum just covers the air horns. if you don't have vaccum leaks, then the weather will not affect how your car runs, only how bad you spin tires and tuning isnt hard on a dell, i imagine it's the same as a weber, just jet it till you reach a safe AFR. then rock out!

the dellorto carb works great and with my turbo plenums, the velocity stacks are eliminated , as well as new jet cover is fabbed up to seal the carb up
once the carb is tuned you leave it alone, the settings dont change, people usally have other problems ie. bad spark plugs// wires cap & rotor ,,etc. and start messing with the carb instead of fixing the root of the problem....
