First off, you're asking us this without telling us what jets it currently has? Second, every engine is different. What works for one won't necessarily work for another. Why not try it and find out?

Was the Dellorto built for a 13B (or 12A......or a piston engine).....thats the most important question. Where did you get it from?
And yes, you can use it; but if it wasn't build for a 13B, then you have to re-jet/modify it to work correctly. It will still work, just not smoothly or provide as much power.

If this Dell was RB prepped the this site should help a lot http://www.gruntled.com/Dellorto.
If it was not RB prepped then you will have some work to do to make it work really
well. You can ID a RB prepped Dell by seeing if it has a thicker AP gasket and if it has
the OMP oil line connections on the top of the carb (not in the float bowl) directly
into the carb throats. This is not set in stone but usually a good indicator. Also if
the air cleaner says RB but it may have been lost or replaced.
