delayed backfire

i am always tinkering with the tuning on my dell but on the recent tuning my car has been backfiring about 5-10 seconds after i shut it off, not a loud backfire, but almost a sucking sounding backfire. anybody ever expierenced this kind of backfire? also just about anyway i tune it i can usually get it to backfire after i accelerate then when its hella gearing back down-------bang!
RB header to presilencer to muffler. my car is running good now i am just wondering if it is / will do any damage to my engine? i keep my idle at like 1200rmp. seems high but that what she likes.

You go pouring water down your intake and your gonna have alot more problems than just a backfire, lol.

You use a clean spray water bottle. Spray water mist into carb while engine is running, it will want to stall, just keep the revs up.

Rotor 13B-

Water eats carbon away quickly, and won't damage the engine in small doses.
