my $$$ is on the manual headlight up/down switch in the center consul. And Cantleet go, buy a circuit continuity tester. You can poke around with it just as good as the most skilled mechanic. It's less than $10 from home depot.

You probably have figured it out by now, but when I complete my 13b swap, I had the same problem. I visually checked all the fuses, and they looked okay, but after rechecking all my wiring to the FC fuse box and coming up short, I took my test light to the fuse box, and sure enough, the 10 amp mentioned previously wasn't passing voltage. I replaced the fuse, and all's well!
