my head lights are stuck up. i switched the switch and that didnt work.when i try to turn the *** under the car manualy it dosent even go down it pops back up by its self. anyone kno wut the problem is and i also checked all fuses under the dash and they are fine.u think i need a new relay under the hood. and if i do which one is it.i also checked the light relay , its ok also
