Dash and inside swap

I have one question, Can i fit a 91 rx dash into an 85? and if so, please someone tell me its not going to kill me trying to do it, i just went looking for a 13b, found one with 50k on it for 200 bucks, so i took seats, dash, ecu ECT...
and i want the dash from the 91 in my 85? CAN THIS BE DONE???
they are both close to 50in. across from side to side, but i was wondering about depth and anything else, can anyone help me out?
and oh can the wing off of a 91 fit an 85?

im wanting to make this look sharp as i can, can anyone help?

i am carless and i refuse to do anything but fix my rx.

Well im taking out my 12a and putting in a 91 13b, and i like the dash and the dummy ligh cluster and gage pod better on the 91 dash, and its black and mine is wore out and faded, i got new sotrage boxes, seats, ecu, harness, carpet blah blah from a wrecked 91, for 90 bucks! so i was just wanting to upgrade, i would really like to know if i can do this, i spent from 10am this morning till 4pm today taking out parts and random inside goodies that are in PERFECT shape.
id like to know if anything else would fit from a 91 to a 85? i know the glass hatch wont fit, or at least i dont think it will.
im spending like a total of 500 bucks for a 13b and everything else i want from this car, they wont sell the car from the junk yard, and i dont have the time to wait and fight to get a title.

The 84,85 dash looks alot like the FC dash so there may be a way to fit the FC dash into a 1st gen. I've even seen people fit the FD dash and door panels into the FC(there was a company in Japan that made a kit).

Well im up for any advice, im wondring how im going to rewire all my light switches and hazzard lights and all, cause its all dif from an 85 dash, to switch to the 91,
i think i could do it, im thinking of taking out the whole stearing colom so i can use the tilt wheel, and use 95% of the front out of a 91, so .. i dont know it might be a bad i dea, but im guting the car and redoing it anyways,
i want my 91 gage cluster in my 85 as well, seats and other things i can deal with with ease.
