Well, I don't know if this is related to my fuel problem, (click here) but I've noticed that my "Relief Solenoid Valve" goes crazy whenever car is off and there is a drain on the battery (power windows, headlights, radio, etc.). The solenoid just starts clickling like crazy.

Help!
