coolant leak from top of header

I popped the hood today and there was coolant on top of my header. I dried it up, started my car and it started slowly seeping out of the top of the header. what is the cause of this and what do i need to do?

that is the intake, and you need to remove it and replace the 2 o rings, and the intake gasket.

^ As above. You could also bang some core plugs into the coolant holes. That way you wont have to worry about the o rings failing again. Also wont need to drain the coolant if you remove the intake manifold again

They are metal so the heat will not be a factor.
