confused need the help

ok so if a holley 650 is to big for a 12a....why is it leaning out?...there are no vac leaks??? fpr is set at 6 i have a holley black fule pump..its getting 13 volts ...the carb has 68 jets in it(its a vac 2nd) <----could the 2nd not be opening?

Check you're jetting. Check that you're actually getting 6psi to the actual carb. get one of those cheapo guages.

When is it leaning out? Top end? Idle? Bottom end? How are you sure it's actually leaning out and not flooding?

And a 650 IS WAY TOO BIG for a stock 12a. I have a 600, and I have a Street ported 13b think about it for a second....

650+12A=Bridge port. That's the only equation that makes sense.

Are you running the stock ports? A little more info would be extremely helpful

well i did a wot run and shut the car off pulled the plugs and they where dry and some what white..its jetter 68 which should be enough

and my FRP has a marshall gauge on it

yes it its a stock port

anything else?

a 650 is not too big for a 12a.. does the carb have a power valve? try bigger jets on the secondaries

no power vavle...the sescondaries dont have jets...its a vac secondaries need a dubble pumper

also its still got an awful dead spot whre it changes over to the jets from the idle circuits (need to drill them out still)

im running a pink cam

yeah zac is the 1 that told me to not run a PV and to use the 68 jets...but ive not been able to get hold of him..last time i tlaked to him he broke his cell phone errr
