Yea, i have a question i want to do a compression check on my 83. What would i need to do this check? I have this problem with some rattling noise coming out the rear of the engine. It only happens when step on the gas to the floor and the car only hits 65mph.

 

Compression is should be ok, check the heat shield metal on the muffler system.
