How do I check compression on my 12A ?

I believe you use the lower spark plug hole, use a std compression gauge w/ the release valve open so you can see all three spikes of pressure.

wrong... u use the top and thats the way that you can get an ideabut its not to accurate... geta mazda compression test... best 300$ i have spent and its paid for its self already
