Clutches don't wear our quickly unless they're:

Installed wrong
Broke in wrong
Abused.

Which category are you? That Center Force should have lasted many many miles.

Maybe its the master/slave and not the clutch? Not enough info to tell. Speak up.

With a stock 12A, the stock clutch is plenty strong enough if you use it right.

In 20 years, I've changed clutches once.

Well, if you don't have the patience for a proper break in, get a brass puck clutch.

Well, I'm afraid there's no mechanical cure for what ails your car. Simple matter of a loose nut behind the steering wheel.

At least you will get very good at changing clutches!

You will learn sooner or later.

i learned a long time ago to appreciate my 7's and not to drive them like i stole them when i take them out. parts are too expensive and i have better things to do with my time then change a clutch.

so, again, what symptoms are you experiencing that leads you to believe that the clutch has failed?

AL clutch

What about the condition of your flywheel's surface? Did you have it checked for run-out and have it machined or at least de-glazed. It is a possibility that some of your problem lies in this area for two reasons. It's always a good idea to have a good reconditioned surface for the new clutch disc to mate with along with giving it somewhat moderate use at first, for the surfaces to seat/break-in. This is can totally burn up a new clutch in no time, especially if you just get in and start raising hell. Just like new brake pads and rotors, you don't want to get them too hot too fast or else you'll be doing it over again. But like rwatson said, at least you will get some experience with R&R'ing clutches on your 7

Agreed....

Replace or resurface your flywheel with the clutch change. Otherwise it will wear out very quickly.

Make sure that the pedal is adjusted properly. Otherwise it will keep the clutch from fully engaging, causing constant slippage and an early demise.

Learn to use the clutch properly. Getting right down to basics; the more it slips during takeoff, the quicker it will wear out. The objective is to let the pedal out as quickly as you can while still being smooth.

But if you're not willing to change a few things in regards to how you treat your car, then you will continue to face the same issues no matter what parts you install.

AL PP torque specs

also, it is worth mentioning the importance of proper torquing of the pressure plate to the flywheel. this includes the proper ft-lbs of torque and tightening sequence.

Get a new pressure plate too. If you burnt up the Center Force clutch, the pressure plate is burnt too. Being cheap here will only cost you more in the long run.
