Clutch & Flywheel combo

hey guys,
i running a 3rd gen motor in a 1st gen. and doing the 89-91 turbo tranny conversion. what's the best fly wheel and clutch combo for this. i do have a six puck disk w/springs already.

Turbo III. I like it.

If it helps, I am running a 4 puck sprung clutch with an upgraded pressure plate.

Typically, the less pucks, the greater the grip. Sprung makes it a little easier on the driveline, and even a stock pressure plate is good for like 300 hp.

Contact Bryan from BNR Supercars (he's a sponsor here) and he can give you specifics with your power levels, type of driving, etc.

Where's the pics? The link is for videos of the Cartech Turbo dyno runs on that nice 82. That's not a 3rd gen drivetrain.

Ahh...I have a bunch of still pics from that dyno night of your car. Very clean. You must be proud.

You couldn't use the third gen intake? I am sure it puts out more than the Cartech one does.

actually bought the car with that setup. But the single carb stiffles the power. Plan to use injection with haltech or go to stock setup
