Talking

Poly bushings all the way around (except Watts link). I am really looking forward to working on this project. I have not done anything on the suspension or steering before (other than idler arm bushing). I hope I don't mess anything up too bad.

Hopefully shocks and springs in the spring time.

Well I have a Christmas story. I bought my 81 7 about 3 months with 147K miles on it and it ran horrible. Put a new carb on it and it purrs. I called the guy I bought it from (a freind who had it 4 months and got tired of it) and got his wife and she told me she had a file with all the stuff the person did before I got it. When I got the file there was a reciept stating the engine had been re-built 24K ago. Very good company that did it. New oil metering pump also. That was good news to me. Here is a list of presents that will be put in after the 1st.
Tokico struts
Idler arm, pitman steering arm, control arm bushings, inner and outer tie rod ends, ball joints, new end links with bushings, and sway bar bushings.
Alighnment.
Then new brakes, whatever it needs.

Yeh XLR8, you are right, it's better to give than to receive and these cars sure do put out. Tell us what your sweet little ride might be needing (besides the 13B) maybe some of us can find a few things in our spare parts!

I'm keeping the engine out of my '83, so technically not rotary-less. I am so short on funds right now, and trying to buy a house and another car simply isn't allowing me to afford my FB's as well.

The 12a I am keeping will get its bridgeport, and in the future I will get another FB. When I do, the body will be mint, and it will be a prime chassis to do a bridgeported 12a in.

I just got my fiberglass race bucket for the drivers side. Although that was two months ago, I really got it for myself for christmas.

I also got a PS3. I'm going to make a quick connect system so I can just plug it in and go for long trips or when I'm working on the car (since I don't see it moving anytime soon). Seriously, I spend a lot of time around that car, might as well have some good entertainment.

Got new door weatherstriping from my wife. I found it on accident. I also asked for drilled and sloted rotors and SS brake lines.

Gawd, I hate to even start making that list out. TII swap/supporting mods and tranny, MS, a set of SSRs that are wide than the Epsilons, ReSpeed big brake kit, Sa bumpers instead of the FB ones that don't quite fit the widebody kit.

May not count as a Christmas present, looks like I won't be staring until Feb now.

Last on the list is getting my head examined for spending so much money on the car, again.
