Castrol GTX synthetic blend (Green bottle)?
Is this an approved blend for the Rotary? I didn't realize there are multiple bottles that are alike and used the blend? What is the ash contend for the synthetic blend?
Is this a street car or a track car? Does your oil metering pump work properly? Synthetic oils in a system designed to inject it have been out there for a long time, but if you don't have a unique use case requiring it, regular petroleum oils work great with little hassle (*more frequent changes) and no problems. Rotary engine oiling isn't rocket science but you do need something that flows well and burns when injected into the combustion cycle - or you'll end up with unburned synthetic residue downstream, if that matters (*O2 sensor for SE, Cats if still installed for emissions, etc.).
