Carb? I just have the hose running from my fuel pump right into the intake manifold. She runs a bit rich, but you should see the fireballing.

It's just not that simple.

racing beat suggests these setups:

465 cfm for stock port.
600 cfm for the street port. (what i use on my '74 sp 13b)
650 cfm dp for bridge port.

i tried the 600 on the stock 12a i had and it was too much. it was much stronger with the 465.

-That's because Racing Beat sells them.

Yeah, I agree with Sterling....

Too many variables in this one. Street Ports are not all made equal, nor are Turbo setups.

Nor are carbs for that matter!

Before I went efi/ecu on my supercharged car...I had a 600cfm
Though yes its all about what applications you have on your car...and what works best for it.

true its not that simple but ya gotta start somewhere, so i would say a good recommendation for a 13b streetport would be around 600cfm, from there it takes a lot of tuning...

now again, this is just a recommendation, sizing of the streetport will matter, driving conditions will matter, damn theres lots of variables but at least its something to go off of right

This is what I want 13b large street port, turbo 13+psi, 2.5 exhaust true duals all the way back, used for a second car and driven aggressively/raced on weekend. Carb manufature does't matter to me,i just dont want to have to keep up grading it every time I do work the motor. I was told by a few people that dellortto is the best for my 6pt but from reading on here i see that 6pts cant be ported as well as a 4pt so this fall im going to TRY and find a good 4pt to use instead and put the 6pt in my 81. alot of people seem to have good things to say about Webbers, holleys all i hear about is cornering problems. A guy on here has a 750 holley but I was told that would brobably be to big, my concern would be with the holley cornering issue. what do you guys recomed and were can i get one at a good price. model numbers ect.

If you're going that money route, you'll be a lot better off going with the Holley Pro Avenger TBI set-up....then you can tune with a lap top...
