car sounds like a shrieking woman..waterpump?
oddly enough this started after I unbolted the exhaust at the manifold to check something, then put it back together.
When I get into the throttle, this shrieking sound starts at around 3k rpm. It gets louder and higher in pitch the faster I go, and then quiet when I let off the gas to shift gears. I haven't been able to get under the hood to listen for it, where could it be coming from? also the car is running like a sick dog again, meaning it can hardly get out of its own way above 4k.
