F That. I can tell your not looking for show quailty. Its your car if you want to paint it, Then Paint the Mother F'er. Go ahead its your car. If I may make a suggestion I would go with ORANGE!!! hells yea you dont never see no orange 7's. It would be sweet.

please no orange...thats the most aweful suggestion ever...theres a guy aroung here his wife had a vw jetta and she complained that she could never find it in the parking lot...so while she was out he taped it off and painted it with neon orange marker paint...I've only seen one type of orange that I've ever liked on a car and it was like a custom mix between burnt orange and gold...but please no orange...

you definitly want to keep it brown. That way the interior doesnt look like it doesnt belong. I just got mine done ill post pics real soon. but i would say look for a real dark brown or a real light almost golden brown depending on your prefrence.

do everyone a favour and stay away from pink.

I've never seen candy apple red on first gen. I bet that would look real nice, and might even match a brown interior.

Are you planning on doing the work yourself?

sounds good. I restored my cars body with my grandfather and it turned out great. It's A LOT of work to do it the right way, but the end result is worth it.

i don't know about the body kit, hood scoop, and "big back wing". sounds a little iffy to me, but whatever floats your boat.

good luck with it!
