Can you check the AC on your GSL-SE and other FB?

If you have access to both a GSL-SE and another late model FB with AC, can you please check to see if the condensers are the same or not?

The GSL-SE should have the Nippondenso compressor, the other model should have the Sanden 575 compressor.

Thanks,
Brian T. Carter

The only parts that are different are the hoses and compressers, and of coarse the cars. The threads are the same @ the firewalls, and condensers.,,, so kind for you rexasrungunner.... Lol Oh, and the brackets are different too.

Thanks

Thanks, that seals one deal...and I might just break down and buy the hoses new anyway ($75). Getting a new exp valve and drier are a must. This is adding up fast:

New reman compressor: $230
Engine bracket for comp: ???
Used condenser: $20
new hoses: $75
new exp valve: $18
New filter/drier: $20
R-12: undisclosed
belt: $6
Total disclosed $369

...driving comfortably in the South Texas sun: priceless

Did you already buy the compressor and hoses etc.? I've got perfectly functioning pieces sitting in my garage that I took off my race car. You can have them if you come get them.
